Born in Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, Mr.D.Karunakar had a sound educational career. After studies, he joined as Manager with a renowed realestate company at the age of 22 years and climbed up the career ladder swiftly. Subsequently, he became General Manager (Marketing). He brought in a fresh and lively style of functioning into his department and guided it soundly. Under his stewardship the company performed creditably and notched up several successes.

He trained people under him in all aspects of marketing methodologies, transformed their style of working and motivated them to take problems head on and solve them. He also interacted with another major city estate firm.

All through his professional career of 17 plus years, he never compromised on his principles, stood by his values and was fiercely committed to public welfare. He was driven by his instincts to venture out on his own, which he did with VASUDHA PROJECTS (P) LTD.

A service-oriented and committed personality, Mr.D.Karunakar brings to his job a passion that is spontaneous and infectious. His dream is to build world class homes that are comfortable and relaxing. A devoted family man, Mr.D.Karunakar makes sure that he spends quality time with them.
